A. Example answers: A Meal Plan provides a budgeted number of meals (9 to 14) every week for Ondine "All you care to eat" restaurant. At the start of every new week (early Monday Morning) the meal plan resets and you start with a new allotment of meals (9 to 14).

A. Example answers: All of our meal plans are described with specific words that are targeted to meet the unique needs and preferences of our customers. Whether security, budget, assurance, meal frequency, convenience, price or flexibility are important to you, you will find that we’ve simplified the meal plan selection process for you with our descriptions. Please refer to our comprehensive dining brochure or our website at www.your_dining_site.com to choose the right meal for you. |

| Q. Which meal plan offers the best price value option? |
A. Example answers: The XXXXXX is the best value for your money. The price of this meal plan is only $250 more than the Lite meal plan, and with the added $200 in Dining Dollars, the increase in cost is really only $50. You also get 53 more meals per quarter at only $0.94 per meal for those extra meals! With the XXXXXX 14 "all you care to eat" meals per week - you never have to worry about budgeting or worrying about your next meal the entire year. |

| Q. Why should I have a meal plan? |
A. Example answers: A Meal Plan guarantees meals on a weekly basis.
A Meal Plan gives you the benefit of having extra cash in Dining Dollars to spent in retail locations, depending on meal plan selection. Those extra Dining Dollars give you a little Security and Peace of Mind.
A Meal Plan budgets your meals for you and you never have to carry cash.
Having a meal plan, means you’ll be eating on campus where you’ll have a greater chance of making new friends, renew friendships and socialize conveniently. First Year Experience requires all freshmen to choose from one of these 3 meal plans: Assurance Plus, Lite Plus or Lite.

| Q. Where can I use my meal plan? |

| Q. What does "ALL YOU CARE TO EAT" consist of? |
A. Example answers: With one swipe of your meal plan at entrance of XXXXX, you can eat as much as your stomach and heart desires from fresh fruit and salads; delicious hot, home-style entrées; freshly baked pizza and pasta; deli choices served on freshly baked breads; new creations by our chef; Ice Cream and freshly baked deserts; to homemade soups. |

| Q. If I use up all my "Block" meals on my current plan before the quarter ends, what are my options? |
A. Example answers: Purchase additional Blocks in increments of 10.
Purchase DCB, minimum $25, that has several levels of incentives based on the amount of DCB you add on.
Use your Dining Dollars or pay cash at the door at XXXXXX.

| Q. What is a Block Plan? |
A. Example answers: A Block Plan is a meal plan offering a small “Block” of meals that can be used anytime, at any pace, throughout the year until they are all used. These meals can be used at anytime, there is no restriction and offers a lot of flexibility. |

| Q. Where can I use my Block Plan? |
A. Example answers: The “Block” portion of the Gold/Silver and Commuter/Faculty plans can only be used at XXXXXX. Dining Dollars attached to these plans can be used at any “ENMU Dining” operated restaurants.

| Q. What happens to Meal Plan punches during school closures? |
A. Example answers: Meal Plans are pro-rated according to the ENMU class schedule. Holidays, spring break, and shortened weeks are factored into the cost of a Meal Plan. |

| Q. Can I use my Dining Dollars in convenience stores on campus? |
| A. Example answers: Dining Dollars are accepted at ENMU Dining operated locations only. |

| Q. Can I use my Dining Dollars to purchase catering packages, pick up service or gift baskets? |

| Q. What are Dining Dollars? |
| A. DExample answers: ining Dollars are attached to your meal plans and are used like a debit card.
Dining Dollars are established on a dollar-for-dollar basis. (For example, if a customer has $100 Dining Dollars and makes a $5 purchase, the balance in the account will be $95).
All Dining Dollars balances carry over from the quarter to quarter. All Dining Dollars expire at the end of the spring quarter, and must be used on or before the last day of the spring term.
All Dining Dollars deposits and purchases are final at the time of sale.

| Q. Why are Dining Dollars better than cash? |

| Q. What if I run out of Dining Dollars? |
| A. Example answers: Simply add DCB to your meal plan in $25 increments. Unlike Dining Dollars, DCB will carry from year to year. |

| Q. What is a Declining Balance? |
| A. Example answers: Sometimes refered to as DCB. DCB plans are just like a debit account, and are bonused at varying levels based on the amounts added to your plan. |

| Q. Everytime I buy a certain amount of DCB money, I receive a bonus, does this mean I'm getting a discount on the price? |
| A. Example answers: If you purchase $100 in DCB, your account will show $105 in spendable dollars. |

| Q. What happens to the money in my DCB account that I don't use? Do I get a refund? |
| A. Example answers: No refunds, but these dollars carry from year to year, and are only forfeited if your account shows zero activity for 2 quarters. |

| A. Example answers: Organic options will be featured in residential and retail restaurants throughout the campus as products become available throughout the year. |

| A.Example answers: Retail and resident dining menus are listed on our website. Look under menus and the menus should always be up to date. Please notify us immediately if you find a discrepancy. |
